Tools: red tone blush, purple lipstick, eyeliner, glitter liner, clear lipgloss
1- add red & purple shadow under your black shadow for a quick scare
2- use black pencil to fill your brows and extend them out past the natural line (think Lily Munster)
3- use eyeliner to draw a cob web onto your eyelid: use vertical lash strokes then connect with thin “U” shapes
